West Palm Beach 1/20/18 - 1/26/18

The huge boat out of my back door was actually there
to take a wedding party and guests out to the ocean to play games;
roulette, cards, etc....
 prepping for the trip
Huge cake or is someone going to pop out f it!?
 Time for a sunset cruise
I'm pretty sure part of the wedding party must have been in
Law Enforcement!
 Serenade time
New building going up....can't wait to see it when
it's finished...I'm sure it will be beautiful!
This guy just came in and anchored really, really close to us!
 See what I mean?
This is the strangest looking boat I have seen....

They dropped a couple off (with baggage) and then left....
Bob is so sweet....remember he joined LA Fitness....
well he also signed me up too!  I think he was trying to tell me
something....in meantime, we are walking to the club and we
come across this cement paddle board table!  I think he's
beating himself!
Well I guess I answered my own question....He didn't sell the
building...just removed his name from the top of the building...
I can't figure out what type of fruit this is...it's very similar to plums

 I love this VW!
 Another cruise about to happen!
Some of the traffic that goes by us

Storymaker at night

The last several days have been pretty busy.  We've been going to the gym just about everyday, go to the grocery store, do a lot of walking.....

Once the Franklin's came into town we got even busier.  The first two nights we partied on there boat, and yes we did party.  They went and bought bicycles so if the winds ever calm down, we'd like to take a ride over to the beach.

We spent a couple of hours with Eban and Carol.  They are in Jupiter, so hopefully we will be seeing them again soon.  Once we leave here we are going to Stewart.  They said they may still be in the area and will meet us there.

Bob said something about leaving next Saturday for Stewart.  Gary and Jayne (Dream Catcher) will be there also, Bob wants to be there so he can watch the football game with him.

West Palm 1/20/18

"The Grand Floridian"
This is a picture taken from my table looking outside my doors....
hello neighbors!!

Today is a down day for me.  I've cleaned and spent many hours on the blog.  Bob, of course, is at
LA Fitness!

 Coming into West Palm
They finally finished the bridge we have to go under!  Yay~!
Someone else waiting to go through....
Whoops....they are still working out the bugs....they did finally get it up!

This is one gorgeous boat....but what the heck is the top all about....
 Our anchorage
 Trump's building
Was it sold, or was his name just removed.....

Look how close we are to the dinghy dock!  Yahoo!

It was a great traveling day.  The sun was in and out but it was in the upper 60's maybe even 70!  This week it is finally warming up to 75 to 80 degrees; however, the winds are a blowin' and it's mostly cloudy.  It's going to be like this for another week, minimally.

Bob is so excited to be here.  There is an LA Fitness right down the street.  He can't wait to go!

We'll be hanging here for a week, maybe two.  There is lots going on here.  We have outside bands, lots of bars and restaurants to try, and everything is close.  The best part!!!  The closest laundry mat is a "drop-off place"...heehehee!!  Love it!

Jayne went home for a bit and is returning today? I think.  Her and Gary will be staying in Stuart for a while....we will be joining them in a couple of weeks.  Another great place to visit!

Jack and Shelly have aborted their Bahamas trip.  The weather there sucks!  It's blowing so hard, minimum 30 and of course mostly out of the north.  They are sitting in Bimini now waiting for a day to cross the Gulf Stream again.  They are thinking either Monday or Tuesday.  They will be coming here.  Very excited to see them!
